HJT was commissioned to provide conceptual designs for this 12-chair practice, a from the ground-up structure. Careful considerations were given to every aspect of the design to provide the client with optimal spatial functionality and efficiency for all areas of the practice including a nursery for staff with young families or nursing. Building orientation and site design were thoroughly analyzed and execute to provide the best access for patients and staff and at the same time provide great visibility to vehicular traffic and necessary screening of staff outdoor spaces.
