HJT was commissioned to rehabilitate the existing standalone pre-1960s single-story building structure into a dental practice with minimalism design aesthetic, high curved ceiling, and abundant natural sunlight. Careful considerations were given to every aspect of the design to provide the client with optimal spatial functionality and efficiency for all areas of the practice. Being on a small sight the building design must be carefully done to maintain existing parking count, but without compromises for convenience and usability.
