North Aurora Smiles Dental Office (Cohabitation)

HJT was commissioned to provide full design service scope for this 12-chair practice, a from the ground up standalone structure, within a thriving business development. Careful considerations were given to every aspect of the design to provide the client with optimal spatial functionality and efficiency for all areas of the practice, including an independently-operated law firm and multiple future expansions to have a total of 20 treatment rooms. Building orientation and site design were thoroughly analyzed and execute to provide the best access for patients and staff and at the same time provide great visibility to vehicular traffic and necessary separation of patients and staff’s traffic circulation.
