History and Program

Take the adjacent 13 acres and develop a complete master planned community for the seniors. There is to be both single floor independent living units along the semi-independent units located in a multi-story building.

The campus is to one day also include a religious college.

Design

This project needed a PUD rezoning approval from the City of Toledo. The first phase of the project is the multi-story unit that will contain 49 single bedroom units. This building is located to the northern portion of the property in close proximity to the existing adjacent church facility. The second phase will be the Quad Units which are 4 seperate attached 2 bedroom living units.

Phases 3 and 4 will be comprised of additional multi-story living units as well as the religious college buildings.
